FAQ

Order Placement:

  1. After checking my Price List and deciding on what package and add ons (if applicable) to order, kindly fill in an Order Form. Don’t forget to tick the box (at the bottom of the form) where it says that you agree with my Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  2. Your order will be sent to me right after you click on the SEND button. Then you’ll get a reply from me within 48 hours. I will send you a confirmation email along with an invoice for the 50% down payment.
  3. After you paid the down payment. I will add you on my queue. Around this time, I will have to contact you (via email or Skye) to talk about your blog design.
  4. I will have a test blog while I work on your design. You can view this test blog so you can email me about any change you would like me to do. I do this step to make sure that you are getting the design you want.
  5. Once the design is ready, I will send you another invoice for the remaining 50% of the total payment. You will have to pay that before I will install the design on your blog.
  6. After I received the final payment, you’ll need to give me administrator privileges to your blog so I can install the design. When I’m completely done with installing the design and you are satisfied with the results, you can then delete me as an administrator and I will no longer have access to your blog.

Payment:

  1. I only accept payments through Paypal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account because Paypal also accepts all major credit cards.
  2. A 50% down payment is required before I start working on your order.
  3. The remaining 50% must be paid before I install the design on you blog.

Copyrights:
I accept photos and illustrations you’d like me to integrate to the design of your blog. By submitting any photo, illustration, digi kit, and other artwork, you agree that you are the owner or that you have the rights to use/publish these materials.

Revisions:
During the design process, we can work together to come up with the design you want. During this time, reasonable, necessary, and possible revisions can be made for free. Revision requests after I installed the final blog design to your blog will be charged based on my price list.

Blog Design Platform
I am currently accepting design projects for Blogger and WordPress Platforms only.

Design Schedule:
For Blogger designs and WordPress customizations, the actual ordering to the actual installation is within a 3-5 working days period. For full WordPress Theme design, the installation is made within 14 working days starting form the order confirmation date.

Refunds
If you decided to cancel your order, refunds will of course be offered to you BUT only if I have not yet started working on your design. You also must shoulder any Paypal fees that might be incurred in issuing you the refund.
